The units are equipped with all ultra - modern sophisticated machinery such as state of the art eight color Rotogravure printing machines attached with Automatic registration control system, with web video, high fidelity lines of lamination and co-extrusion. UMA is having biggest setup of pouching machines to make variety of pouches. We are having our own Captive Power Plant to work smoothly without any disturbance in electric supply.
Printing
- Complement state-of-the-art Rotogravure Printing on high fidelity line and facility to print on virtually any film substrate e.g. PET, BOPP, PVC, FOIL, LD, LLDPE, PAPER, MET-PET.
- Up to 8 colour printing on state of the art fully automatic rotogravure printing machine from Expert Industries, with printing speed up to 250 meters per minute.
- Auto Registration control system on the machines and In house shade matching system
Lamination
- Environment-friendly, solvent less & solvent base lamination on all film substrates.
- State of the art solvent less lamination machine from Nordmeccanica, Italy.
- Hi speed technical lamination to improve shelf-life of the packages.
Co-Extrusion
- Comprehensive in-house facility with state-of-the-art Co-extrusion machines.
- Capable in handling special polymers.
- Technically equipped to develop new blends of polymers to meet all specific requirements.
Slitting
- Hi - speed slitters.
- In built web check system to give proper quality.
